I’ve had a lot of ups and downs this week so it’s good to know that I can relax fully this weekend! I’m planning on going back to school while working full time this year so the coming weeks are going to be busy for me but I like having a lot to do so I’m looking forward to it. What about you? I hope all of you had a wonderful weekend! As always on Monday, I’m faced with a dilemma of what to wear to the office. I don’t plan my outfits in advance though..I’m more of a spontaneous dresser. Sometimes it takes me just 5 minutes to decide and sometimes it takes me an hour just picking which underwear to put on! But today, I think I know what I’m going to wear…a sheer white blouse with black tailored pants. Accessory? A silver statement necklace and a bright yellow clutch. Shoes? My tan sandals. Done.
What about you? How long do you take in the morning to get ready? Minus the makeup routine!
I love the idea of wearing a simple white t shirt with comfy, pajama-like pants!

I like to make lists and when it comes to relationships, I have a check list of things that I’m looking for in a guy. But they all disappear as soon as I fell in love with that person. After my first relationship ended, I grabbed a notebook and wrote down all the things that I want in a man and I thought it’ll be fun to share some of it with you. 
1) He knows what he wants – A guy who is very sure of himself and knows what he wants in life is very attractive. He doesn’t give up when something doesn’t work out but he moves on quickly and pursues his passion with zest! Can you imagine being with someone who’s always changing his goals and never sticking around with one thing? I learned it the hard way never to be with someone like that again.
2) Good mannered-gentleman – I can’t stand someone who has poor manners and who doesn’t say ‘thank you’ or ‘excuse me’. A guy who is very polite and considerate immediately catches my attention.
3) Intelligent and confident – He needs to be able to communicate with me on all kinds of issues and I want to be with someone who is articulate and well-spoken. 
4) The most attractive feature on a guy for me is……his smile and his arms! I love well-toned arms..haha.
5) He can be serious and he can be silly. He knows how to balance the two.
Plus he’s fun, cool, affectionate, charismatic, and treats his girlfriend the way she deserves to be treated.

This past weekend was one of the best! I was able to relax fully and just enjoy being away from the computer for two whole days. Now it’s Monday and back to the grind!
If you’ve been reading my blog for a while, you know how much of a romantic I am and I love making romance part of my life even if I don’t have a boyfriend at the moment. I feel really happy when I see a couple who are clearly in love and I cringe when I hear news about a celebrity couple break up or divorce. I was really shocked when I heard news about Nataliya Vodianova and her husband Justin Portman ended their marriage because whenever I looked at their pictures, they looked so content being together. Then you probably heard about Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony’s split. But you know, as a optimist and a romantic, I like to tell myself that whenever there is a break-up, there are hundreds more happily-ever-afters out there. I really believe that.
Isn’t this such a perfect summer city outfit! I love everything she’s wearing and those wedges are so pretty!
Yes, this is how I want to look like in my 50’s and I will wear mini dresses and tight pencil skirts on my way to work! And those sparkle heels too!
