Whenever I watch the menswear fashion shows, Dolce and Gabbana only cast the best looking boys…every single one of them. Bravo! I’m so glad to see one of my favorite models back on the runway. Tyson Ballou! He’s the one in the middle in the last picture.

I have found the perfect tank and the perfect shorts to wear this summer…not from ASOS (haha) but from my favorite store at the mall. I kinda look grumpy in the pictures, don’t I? Sorry about that! It’s been too hot lately and everything feels sticky!
I like the idea of combining soft and tough pieces. To me, they represent a modern woman…she’s tough and determined but at the same time, she’s vulnerable and delicate, except she’s not going to show her weakness to anyone.

When I first saw these scalloped shorts on urbanoutfitters, they were all sold out but then they put them back in stock so I got one! I wanted to keep the look minimal so I paired it with my Topshop one-shouldered bodysuit. As you can see, most of my outfits are quite simple with little or no accessories and that’s how I like it. I don’t like to add too much but sometimes I feel I should probably add a splash of color with, say, bright clutch or stand-out heels? Some glittery flats perhaps? I think it’s fun to imagine different ideas to transform an outfit, isn’t it?

Carpenter Pants $49.50 (Gap) .These pants will go with anything in your closet. Perfectly slouchy yet chic enough to dress up.
ASOS rope shorts $37.20 (ASOS). The unexpected rope details on this white shorts give it an extra flair and fun!
Herringbone Utility Pant $128.00 (Free People). I used to think cargo pants are so unflattering but this makes me rethink about it. I like the fact that it’s form fitting and the length is just right.
Rebecca Taylor Denim Dot Duke Shorts $150.00 (Shopbop). These shorts are great for pairing with your basic tshirts and sweaters. I love the polka dot print!
Linen gazebo trouser $98.00 (JCrew). What more could you want in this amazing pair of pants? The color is amazing and you would wear this every summer.
Blurred Ikat Shorts $58.00 (Anthropologie). Tribal prints are hot this season and these shorts are a great way to sport this trend.

Do you know what’s the best thing about summer? You can substitute cute bathing suits as your underwear! Do I talk about underwear too much on this blog?? And another thing I love….bodycon skirts that are as comfortable as wearing underwear! There I go again!

I nicknamed this dress “Dangerous cut-outs” in my closet. I love the way it looks but I have to choose my underwear carefully when I wear this dress. I was going to wear black heels with this but then I thought why not put on the gold sandals from Gap instead? You are looking at my pre-shampoo hair because I was too lazy to take a shower before the shoot, hope it doesn’t look too bad 🙂

There’s something about leopard prints that make you feel instantly feel glamorous and sexy. I’m wearing my scarf as a headband and I love the fact it kind of looks like a little hat in the front! This weekend feels too short…and I wish I could just play dress up all day long forever…ah, I can dream.

I love everything nude this summer and when I saw this ASOS top, it was love at first sight. The ruffles are very pretty and quite voluminous, plus you can play with it when you’re bored 🙂
